The brief

A valuation practice whose whole value rests on being independent and defensible — and which has to convince three different audiences at once. Business owners planning an exit, audit teams checking the work, and the attorneys who send the referrals. A generic professional-services template speaks to none of them.

  • Credentials surfaced above the fold — ASA, CVA, and Licensed Iowa Attorney
  • Services split by engagement type rather than by industry
  • A Valuation Insights section built for ongoing publishing
  • Local SEO targeting business valuation in Des Moines
  • Serif typography and restrained palette to read as considered, not salesy

The brief

A new branding studio for food and beverage companies. The site had to work as a portfolio piece in its own right — a studio selling brand design cannot show up with a site that looks bought off the shelf, and nothing else on the page would have made up for it.

What we built

  • Fully custom design and build — no template underneath
  • Editorial dark theme with display serif type and a gold accent
  • Work gallery structured to grow as the studio takes on clients
